Iraqi Kurdistan is located in the North of Iraq and boasts some of the most beautiful scenery in the whole of the Middle East. It has huge canyons and stunning mountains with flowing rivers and waterfalls.
On our tour we will roam around the capital city, Erbil, visiting the ancient Citadel before stopping for a drink in one of the old tea houses. We will take a drive along the famous Hamilton Road, take a sombre visit to Amna Sukhara, also known as the 'Red Prison' and visit the Yezidi mountain village of Lalish.
Please note that although we only run tours to areas we feel we can keep our clients safe, the British FCO advises against all but essential travel to Diyarbakir and all the areas of Iraq that we will visit, as well as advising against all travel to the border regions.

Our Kurdistan tours run 4 times a year and take in both Iraqi and Turkish Kurdistan, starting and ending in Diyarbakir.
As of 2021 we will be running two Iraqi and Turkish Kurdistan tours and two Iraqi Kurdistan tours starting and ending in Erbil.
Visa on arrival is available for most nationalities for Iraqi Kurdistan for €70. For other nationalities we can help to arrange advance visas.
Our tours generally follow on from or precede our Iranian tours, giving the chance to link both together.
Our tours are priced at £985 per person. Rooms are on a twin basis.
Single supplement is priced at £180 or we can allocate someone for you to share with (subject to availability).
Deposit required to confirm your booking is £250.
