Wedged between Russia and China, Mongolia is uniquely different to its bordering neighbours. The country is vast with amazing landscapes of rugged mountains, the clear lakes and beautiful scenic views but also rich with culture and fascinating history of one of the most infamous founders of the Mongoli Empire.

On our tour we will explore the urban capital city of Ulaanbaatar as well as visiting one of the largest statues in the world at the Chinggis Khan Statue complex to learn about the first emperor. We will then head out of the city into the wilderness of the countryside to experience the nomadic lifestyle. From staying overnight in traditional ger camps, horse riding excursions down the Onon River to celebrating with the locals at the Altai Eagle Festival, you will be able to immerse yourself into the rural day to day life of the people of Mongolia.
